Ghosts on MarsA creative color edit of landscape image I made out at the old Vindicator mine ruins outside Goldfield, CO. This color application gives it an other-worldly look, almost post-apocalyptic. A friend of mine called it "Ghosts on Mars", and I really liked that title, as the color does almost put a Martian landscape in mind.
If you've recently revisited the website, you may have noticed a new menu option at the top of the page that leads you to two new galleries (so far). The name of this new gallery group/menu option is "Creative/Editorial", and this is where I'll be placing images from theme shoots that don't really fit anywhere else, be it more creative or editorial/documentary minded. To start with, I've added three galleries to this new group: "The Joker", which is from a Joker-themed model shoot I did last summer; "After the Apocalypse", a theme shoot I was involved in last summer; and "Creative Landscapes", which is where I'll be placing landscapes images that go a bit beyond the norm, where I got more creative with the processing to create something more than just a standard color of B&W landscape image. Look for more galleries to come in the future, as when I create future galleries that follow a certain creative or editorial theme, this new group is where they'll go.
